SDCA designs award winning home and clubhouse
Southern Design Concepts of Atlanta had two designs recognized at the Collier Building Industry Association's annual Sand Dollar Awards Gala. The Sandpiper Grande home design and clubhouse at Bent Creek Preserve in Naples, Florida were both the recipients of awards.
The Sandpiper Grande, a 4,025 square foot design, was named the CBIA Product Design of the Year for a single family home in the $1,000,001 to $1,250,000 range. The home was designed for CalAtlantic Homes by Southern Design Concepts of Atlanta. A spacious floorpan, the home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths split over two floors.
Bent Creek Preserve in Naples, Florida, is home to the award winning clubhouse design. The clubhouse was awarded the Best Clubhouse - Exterior award by the CBIA. With state of the art amenities, the clubhouse plays host to a fitness room, two locker rooms, spa and events space.
"We are thrilled to add yet another award-winning home and clubhouse design to our portfolio," David McGee, President and CEO of SDCA, stated when asked about the Sand Dollar Award. "It's an honor to work with CalAtlantic Home. These awards reinforce that SDCA continues to be a leader in cutting edge design and product development."
